Grand Theft Auto: Vice City follows Tommy Vercetti in a fictional city inspired by the atmosphere of 1980s Miami. Its third-person exploration brings together story missions, driving and a city you can learn at your own pace. What makes a session interesting?

Notice bridges, main roads and the turns around your usual starting point. A familiar route can be more useful than the fastest-looking shortcut, especially when you are still learning the handling.
Choosing a vehicle
Cars, motorcycles, boats and aircraft offer different ways to travel. Try an unfamiliar vehicle away from a mission timer first. Braking distance and the space needed to turn matter as much as speed.
Radio and atmosphere
The radio stations help establish the game’s period setting. If you need to concentrate on dialogue or directions, adjust music and effects separately where your edition offers those controls.
